Ticketing for independent organizers

Sell tickets. Get paid directly.

No monthly plan. Stripe's card processing fee is charged to your own account as usual.

How you get paid

The charge happens on your account, not ours

Each sale is a direct charge on your own Stripe account. You are the seller, you see the payment in your own Stripe dashboard, and Stripe pays you out on your schedule.

1 · Buyer pays$35.00

One ticket, paid by card on your page.

2 · Your Stripe accountYou are the seller

The payment lands with you. Stripe's own processing fee comes out of it, as it does for any Stripe account.

3 · Tixfuse fee$0.83

Example fee on a $35 ticket. It comes out of your proceeds at the moment of sale. Buyers never pay it on top.

What you get

Everything a box office needs, nothing it doesn't

Ready

An embeddable checkout

Paste one script tag into WordPress, Squarespace or Webflow. The widget loads fast and keeps buyers on your site.

Ready

Tickets held while buyers pay

Tickets are reserved for the 30 minutes a buyer has to pay, so the last ticket is never sold twice.

Ready

Tickets even if the tab closes

Orders are created when Stripe confirms the payment, so a buyer who closes the page after paying still gets their tickets.

Ready

Automatic refunds on a sell-out

If a ticket sells out in the moments around a payment, the buyer is refunded straight away, fee included.

Ready

Your events stay yours

Every organizer's events, orders and payouts are kept strictly separate from everyone else's.

Coming soon

Door scanning that works offline

A scanner app that checks signed QR codes without a signal, then syncs when the venue's wifi returns.

Pricing

One fee, nothing hidden

Tixfuse charges a small fee on each ticket sold. There is no subscription and no setup cost. The fee comes out of your sales, so buyers pay only the ticket price plus any tax.

The numbers on this page are examples: 1.5% plus $0.30 per ticket. Your real rate is set when your account is created.

Questions

The things organizers ask first

Who is the seller of record?

You are. Each charge is made on your own Stripe account, so the sale, the receipt and the payout are yours. Tixfuse only takes its application fee.

When do I get my money?

On Stripe's payout schedule for your account. Tixfuse does not hold funds or keep a balance for you.

What happens if a buyer asks for a refund?

Refund the payment from your Stripe account. Tixfuse sees the refund, puts a fully refunded order's tickets back on sale and cancels those tickets at the door. A partial refund leaves the tickets valid.

Can I use my own domain and branding?

The widget sits on your website and uses your event details. Custom subdomains and branding for each box office are on the roadmap.

What if a show sells out while someone is paying?

Tickets are held for each buyer while they check out, so two people cannot take the same last ticket. In the rare case a payment lands after the stock is gone, the buyer is refunded automatically.
